60-second wallet refund. No questions for issues under ₦10,000.
When an AI response fails or you ask within 24 hours of a small charge, we refund instantly to your in-app wallet — no bank delay. Use it on your next AI chat, exam practice, or top-up. Bigger amounts and card refunds follow the standard 5–10 business day window.
7-Day Window
Full refund within 7 days of first payment if you have used less than 20% of your plan quota.
5–10 Business Days
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in the middle of a billing period.

At CampusTutor (operated by Tekora Global Ltd), we believe in fair and transparent billing. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the eligible window, we will refund you — no lengthy arguments, no runaround.
We offer a 7-day refund window on all first-time paid subscriptions, subject to the usage conditions below. This applies to Plus, Pro, and Graduate plans.
Our goal is for every Nigerian student — undergraduate, postgraduate, polytechnic, or College of Education — to feel confident subscribing for the first time.

Refunds are not available in the following situations:
To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan.
To request a refund, send an email to info@campustutor.ng with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
You do not need to fill in any forms or log a ticket — a simple email is all it takes. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.
Tip: Your Paystack transaction reference is in the payment confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
Once your refund request is approved:
Processing times are subject to Paystack's settlement timelines and your bank's processing speed, which are outside our control. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us and we will follow up with Paystack directly.
